Panels are one of the best tools you can use to fully customize the appearance of your Zenkit workspaces. They make it very easy to quickly navigate between views, saved filters and more.
Panels are essentially just docked menus, which means that any time you see a menu within the Zenkit app, you can dock it to the side and place it wherever you want!
The menus that can be docked to your list, are the following:
- Filter
- Members
Docking a menu to create a panel
To turn a menu into a panel, simply click on the panel icon in the top right corner of the menu.
To undock a panel or turn it back into a drop-down menu, click on the up arrow icon.
Moving panels
To move a panel, click on the title bar of the panel to drag & drop it to any position on the page. You can have up to 5 panels on each page.
Once you have positioned your panels, they will stay that way until you change them again. This means that no matter which list you open or which workspace you are in, your panels will stay in place.
The only time the panels change is when you are in a view that contains an additional panel, such as Calendar or Mind Map view.
