After a form has been filled out and submitted, the respondents receive a confirmation on a success page. You can personalise this page and adapt it to the forms and your respondents.
In order to edit the success page, click on "Settings" in the top right corner while in editor mode. In addition to the title, but also other settings such as the "Duplicate Check", you can edit the success page here.
Scroll to the bottom of the settings. Here you can easily click into the fields and enter the desired text there. On the success page, you have a line with bold text under which you can write text in smaller font sizes.
If you do not enter your own text, the following text will automatically appear on the success page:
In addition to that, you can also offer to restart the form. By activating that toggle within the form settings, your respondents will see a button with which they can restart the form on the success page.
