The widgets available for the Dashboard are divided into different categories, such as charts, lists, calendars and utilities. The first category of our widgets is the charts.

Although all charts are very different to each other, most of the basic settings are very similar.

Just as described here, during the process of creating a new widget, a few settings will appear on the left side of the screen that can be managed while creating your widget.

Clicking on the button below "Chart Style" will open a dropdown menu from which you can select your desired style.

This makes it possible for you to add an individualized widget with everything you want to see and need to your dashboard. Choose which projects to include in the widget, what the style of the chart should be, how the axes are distributed and how the contents can be exported.

Pie chart

Add a custom filter to the pie chart that allows you to make a precise selection of exactly which tasks should be displayed in this chart. Click here to learn more about the filter feature. For example, if you only want to see tasks with a status of "To Do", select "Add condition" and then select "Stage". You can then select the "To Do" label.

Additionally, you can customize the chart configuration. Choose a grouping as well as an aggregation.

Bar chart

For the bar chart, just like for the pie chart, a filter can be applied, which allows you to narrow down more precisely which tasks should be included in the widget. In addition, you decide which values are represented on the x- or y-axis.

Here, the x-axis is the grouping, while the y-axis additionally reflects a numerical value.

Doughnut chart

In the doughnut chart, the configuration is made with the help of a grouping and a count. Simply select one of your fields for the grouping. In addition, select which number should be included in the chart.

Furthermore, you can display a legend, which can speed up and simplify the interpretation of the widget. You can easily remove and add them as you wish by deactivating the button.

Line chart

Filters can also be added to the line chart in the same way as with all other charts. In addition, here you also determine what is represented on the x- and y-axis. Just as with the bar chart, one of the fields can be selected for the x-axis. The y-axis is used for the number.
